Aaron Clough, MHA
Founder / Principal, InnoMed Management Group, LLC.
Aaron founded InnoMed Management Group, LLC in 2008 and has over a decade of experience serving the healthcare industry. Aaron received his bachelor’s degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and his Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Aaron also completed a two-year Fellowship in Physician Practice Management at UNC’s Department of Family Medicine while his wife completed her residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at UNC Hospitals.
Dori Roth, MBA
Partner, InnoMed Management Group, LLC.
Dori has 20 years of healthcare management experience in several specialties, including interventional pain management, cardiology, general surgery, hospital medicine, and primary care. She brings a wealth of experience in operations, practice management, and revenue cycle analysis. Dori earned both her bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration (MBA, with emphasis in Accounting) degrees from the University of Nebraska in Kearney, Nebraska.
Natasha Luedtke, SHRM-CP
Associate, InnoMed Management Group, LLC.
Natasha has over seven years of healthcare experience working in the specialties of ophthalmology, interventional pain medicine, and primary care. She brings a great deal of healthcare knowledge and experience in EHR, scheduling, HIPAA, project management, Human Resources, and other operational areas. Natasha received her Associates of Science degree from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Courtney Hervert, MBA
Associate, InnoMed Management Group, LLC.
Courtney has experience in practice management with oversight of accounts payable, payroll, budgets, policies and procedures, physician credentialing, staff development, insurance and billing, and practice management systems. Courtney served as the practice administrator for a six provider urology practice while her husband completed his internal medicine residency at St. Bernards Healthcare in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Courtney attended Friends University in Wichita, Kansas where she earned both her bachelor’s and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. Having in-depth knowledge working in a private physician practice and her excellent leadership skills makes her a great asset to our team.

Milt is the president of Willnerd & Associates, LLC in Lincoln, Nebraska, a boutique accounting firm that focuses on the healthcare industry. He provides physician practices with the financial expertise and oversight needed in today’s complex health environment. Milt spent over two decades with one of the nation's leading accounting companies before founding his own firm in 2004. Milt received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Eric Miller, MD
Founder, Central Texas Pain Center
New Braunfels, Texas
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Miller founded the Central Texas Pain Center in 2004 in New Braunfels, Texas. His practice currently has over 10,000 patients. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, and his Medical Degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He completed a one-year internship at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh and then completed both his Anesthesiology Residency and Pain Medicine Fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
